The gallery’s aim is to present phenomena and attitudes that point at a complex and sectional system of contexts which shape our material culture – mainly design, architecture, applied art, craft and art
borderlands as well. We want to show attitudes, people and confrontations which outline extensive
spectrum of cultural and social determinants characterizing searches’ directions and obtained effects.
Main issues in our interest are to present those phenomena in their complexity, show bases and ways
of approaching pragmatic utilitarian results. We are interested in process and its final, in achievement
as an effect of creative and multithreaded work. We want to confront attitudes, creators and philosophies
underlying the world shaped by all of this to enrich awareness of choice with awareness of aims
and their meaning. We want to present examples and effects of actions which have particular meaning.
